Cancellations & Refunds

• Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Renee M. Rossi.

• Once a session has begun, no refunds will be issued.

• Missed appointments or no-shows are subject to the full session fee.

Rescheduling

• Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of an appointment may be accommodated at the discretion of Renee M. Rossi.

• Renee M. Rossi reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or other professional or personal obligations. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered an alternative appointment time.

• If Renee M. Rossi needs to reschedule an appointment and a mutually agreeable alternative cannot be arranged, the client will be offered a full refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. Exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Renee M. Rossi, subject to applicable law.
